Travelling TackleShare Program

Once again, the OFAH/OPG Travelling TackleShare program will be on the road visiting a number of Ontario Parks and other locations across the province to provide a hands-on, educational workshop to get new and young anglers out on the water at no cost. The three-hour Travelling TackleShare program includes an interactive workshop that teaches kids about fish identification, aquatic habitat, water safety and the threat of invasive species to freshwater ecosystems. The workshop also includes introductory fishing techniques, followed by the opportunity to go fishing using rods and reels provided by the TackleShare Program.
